Have you heard of “なるようになる“? You can use it instead of “Que Sera, Sera”!
Is is a phrase which means “What will be, will be“. It is used to encourage someone when they are worried about what will happen in the future and when you want to say that they don’t need to worry too much about it, and that things should go with the flow. You can also use this expression for yourself.
“成り行き(or流れ)に任せる“ is a synonym for “なるようになる“. It exactly means “to go with the flow“.

Have you already talked to your boyfriend about being transferred to the Los Angeles branch? - Meg:
Not yet. I was supposed to talk to him last night, but I couldn't because he suddenly mentioned marriage. If I moved to the States, our relationship might be over. This crossed my mind!
I see. Are you going to give up on working abroad? - Meg:
No, I’ve been waiting for this opportunity for a long time. So I have to tell him about it.
Don’t be down before you talk to him. What will be, will be. - Meg:
Thanks. I'll go with the flow.
- Ken:
Do you have any idea where to go out tonight? - Leo:
Oh, it’s Friday! It must be full of people everywhere we go. - Ken:
Right. Hmm...Anyway, let’s play it by ear and go to the station! I hope we can find somewhere to drink.
Do you know when our clients will tell us about the result of the proposal? - Leo:
They are supposed to give it today, but they haven't contacted us yet. - Ken:
All right. Um...We’ve done everything we could, right? - Leo:
Right. Everything is going to be ok!
